Stephen Shergold - Head of the Environment & Safety team, Denton Wilde Sapte and a partner in the firm's Energy and Infrastructure department. He regularly advises on pollution liability regimes, process authorisations, waste management, renewable energy, international climate change mechanisms, resource efficiency, nuisance,habitat protection, health and safety and product liability. Stephen advises clients on the regulatory structures for the waste, cleantech, oil and gas (onshore and offshore), water, pharmaceutical and nuclear sectors.
