Turquoise International has been appointed as the manager of the Low Carbon Innovation Fund (LCIF). LCIF, a University of East Anglia initiative, has received seed funding from the European Regional Development Funds to invest in SMEs with low carbon products or services in the East of England. Turquoise is also arranging a further £12 million of matched funding.
