Welcome to Cleantech Infocus: 2010 – a review of the year in equity financing trends. In this publication we review what we believe were the most noteworthy equity investment deals in the cleantech sector (IPOs, secondary offerings and venture capital funding) from the past year. We have selected the most significant deals in terms of size, but have also included deals which we consider are indicative of the underlying investment trends in the industry. The list therefore includes some small venture capital equity fund raising deals, to illustrate the emergence of innovative technology or market trends.
