CBD Energy (CBD) is a diversified renewable energy and energy efficiency developer, distributor and constructor providing integrated sustainable solutions to utilities, industry and households. The company, which has offices in Melbourne and Sydney, operates primarily in Australia, although it also works on specific projects internationally in locations such as Thailand and Italy.

CBD operates across six divisions and has a variety of current and potential revenue sources. Three mature consulting and services businesses provide steady cash flows These are Parmac, an air conditioning and mechanical services contracting company, CapTech, an electrical power quality and efficiency contractor, and Eco-Kinetics, an engineering consultancy focused on renewable energy solutions.
