Background

Companies seeking investment for innovative transport industry related solutions and business ideas will make 'Dragon's Den' style pitches to a panel of investors in the Chamber in City Hall, London, during the Investing in Future Transport Conference 2012 – which takes place on 16 August 2012.

WHICH INDUSTRIES QUALIFY?

We define the transport industry very broadly to include products and solutions for a wide range of applications in all forms of transport (road, air, rail, water...) and transport infrastructure (EV charging;
hydrogen... ) and many more. Innovative ideas are particularly welcomed in (but not restricted to) fields including :

‣ FUTURE ENGINEERING
‣ FUTURE FUELS
‣ CITY TRANSPORT & INFRASTRUCTURE
‣ INTELLIGENT VEHICLES & TELEMATICS

The CLEANTECH INVESTOR FUTURE TRANSPORT CHALLENGE will involve a pitching session in the afternoon.

The panel of investors will select the 2012 CLEANTECH INVESTOR FUTURE TRANSPORT CHALLENGE WINNER who will receive an award at the networking reception in the evening.
