SERVICES: The organisers will provide the following services: all conference sessions, 2 x coffee breaks and lunch on each day of the conference, 2-3 April 2012, only. Price(s) for the conference services are specified at http://cleantechinvestor.com/events/en/bwecbooking
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation costs are not included in the conference registration fee. All hotel accommodation must be booked and paid for separately (directly with the hotel and not through the conference organisers).
PERSONAL INFORMATION: All personal information provided by delegates will be handled by Cleantech Investor in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The organisers will publish an attendance list (consisting of delegates’ names and organisational details) which will be distributed to all delegates and exhibitors attending the conference. CONFERENCE CONTENT: All conference sessions, workshops and seminars are advertised in good faith, but circumstances beyond our control may result in amendments or cancellations. Where spaces are limited all workshops and seminars are offered on a first come, first served basis as determined by received time and date of the reservation.
SPEAKERS: Views expressed by speakers at the conference are their own. The organisers cannot accept liability for views expressed by any speaker at the conference or in any material provided to delegates.

PERSONAL EFFECTS: The organisers accept no responsibility or liability for the loss or damage to personal effects belonging to delegates. CANCELLATION: The organisers reserve the right to cancel the conference or vary any part of the conference at their discretion If the conference is cancelled the maximum liability of the organisers is the return of any money paid by delegates. There shall be no liability for variation made to the conference proceedings. In the event of cancellation or variation, the organisers will endeavour to give as much notice as reasonably possible. The organisers will not be liable for any failure or delay in the delivery of the conference caused by circumstances beyond their control. Such circumstances include the failure of the hotel to deliver its services, Acts of God, industrial (union) action, acts of terrorism, risk of infection from disease, anything liable to compromise public health, safety or civil disorder. DRESS CODE: Delegates are requested to wear business attire.
CONDUCT: It is a condition of booking that all delegates will behave in a manner that does not bring the organisers in general into disrepute.
